Arp 232 (NGC 2911)
Arp 232 is the last member of the class Concentric Rings. The Atlas note
is "absorption lane reaching away from galaxy". Arp 232 is the large
smooth galaxy above center. The rings are barely detectable, if at all.
This is another "twofer", as Arp 137 is the galaxy about halfway from center to
the east edge. The spiral just above the bottom of the field is UGC 5093.
