Arp 182 (NGC 7674 Group; Hickson 96)
Arp 182 is another member of the Narrow Filaments class. Dr. Arp's Atlas
note was "long straight, very faint filament like bow wave from comp." It
can just be detected heading north and then curving west. The primary
spiral is NGC 7674. The E type to the east is NGC 7675. It is
included in the Atlas image so I assume it should be considered part of Arp 182,
but it does not appear to actually be involved.
Except for the higher than typical background noise, this very short exposure produced a good image.
