Arp 150 (NGC 7609 & Hickson 95)
Arp 150 is in the class Galaxies with Jets. The largest of the group, at
the north end, is NGC 7609 and also Hickson 95A. The galaxy at the
southeast corner of the group is 95B and the one at the southwest corner is 95D.
It seems logical that the one in the center, exhibiting the jets, would be 95B
but I have not been able to confirm that. NED indicates some confusion
over the correct designations. Regardless of the names, it's a very pretty
and interesting group. The other galaxies in the field are anonymous.
Dr. Arp's Atlas note says "radio source M23+09 is 2' east."
